**Note: from Mitans proper, not l'Ormeau**A gorgeously perfumed nose of ultra-elegant red pinot fruit that is cool and strikingly pure. There is an almost pungent minerality to the refined flavors that are akin to pure silk in texture, all wrapped in a lacy and lilting finish. Burgundy doesn't come much more refined than this.
