Tasting notes

Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy, October 2020 88/90

A ripe pear nose, but still with the feel of some freshness. Certainly the palate has chiselled fresh fruit, followed by some light mirabelle notes behind. Very good length. Not as shrill as some (not me!) criticise Olivier’s wines for being.
