An airy, pure and distinctly cool nose offers up essence of red cherry, violet, wet stone and soft spice nuances. A refined yet powerful and muscular texture suffuses the middle weight plus flavors that are shaped by polished tannins and ample minerality on the driving, saline and tension-filled finish. This is terrific but note well that it will not be an especially good candidate for early consumption. (Drink starting 2030)
