A hearty but super balanced Etna with Christmas cake, tar, dried hibiscus, candied strawberries and orange zest. Powerful and robust on the palate with foursquare tannins and loads of decadent fruit, but it’s all wrapped up in pointed acidity. An essay in depth and elegance. Drink from 2023.
