The 2023 Bourgogne Jeunes Vignes et Derniers Jus is fleshy and unctuous, bursting with aromas of honeyed peaches, white flowers and mint. Medium-bodied, suave and open-knit, it will drink well young. Like its 2024 counterpart, it's composed essentially of the later press fractions of the domaine's wines.
