Aromas of citrus zest, pear and white flowers introduce the 2020 Bourgogne Aligoté Mitancherie, a medium-bodied, bright and precise wine that's lively and pure, concluding with a saline finish. This cuvée derives from a 0.5-hectare parcel in Sampigny formerly considered too cool for viticulture.
