The 2020 Beaune Bressandes 1er Cru, including 30% whole bunch, has a lighter nose than the Champimonts, "airy" with red fruit, maybe just a bit ephemeral for the vintage? The palate is medium-bodied with fleshy red berry fruit, fine tannins, quite poised and feminine with a touch of sour cherry on the finish that is very well defined. Hopefully the aromatics will gain intensity in bottle.
