A classic blended Brunello di Montalcino, given a dusting of Gaja magic. Bottled from grapes around the Pieve Santa Restituta estate, including Sugarille, Rennina and Torrenieri, a mix of north and south-facing slopes which translates into structure with finesse. You can easily begin drinking this now - nuanced, fragrant, luscious, juicy, forest floor, cherry pit, rose stems, redcurrant, dried herbs, red cherry, liquorice, savoury and mouthwatering, lip smacking and drawn out. 24 months in barrel, then 6 months in concrete vats before bottling.
