This has a gorgeous nose of soy, anchovy, eucalyptus and menthol. Silky, light in body, so incredibly fresh. Gorgeous acidity and so bright. Fine tannins, gently muscular, I would drink this relatively young. Spends two years on the lees, matured and bottled with no added sulphites. (Drink between 2025-2032)
