This is notably more elegant and much cooler with a distinctly more classic Vosne nose that features a wonderful array of spice notes to the fresh and highly refined mostly black pinot fruit suffused aromas. The detailed, pure and energetic flavors possess an effortless grace and class as well as huge length on the moderately austere finish. This is as good a young Grivot Beaux Monts as I can ever remember seeing.

Good colour. Still quite closed on the nose. But a lot of depth here. Fullish body. Quite firm and youthful. A bit of tannin sticks out. Rich and energetic. Lots of dimension. Very fine. (Drink starting 2021)
