The 2019s, now from bottle, are pure gold at this estate, and this is clearly a great vintage for this incredible family. Beautifully perfumed with red, black, and blue fruits as well as iron and leather, the 2019 Cornas Renaissance hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a ripe, rounded mouthfeel, and a sunny, opulent character that already offers pleasure. This will nevertheless benefit from 3-4 years of bottle age and, I suspect, have 15 years of longevity.
