Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy, October 2020 92/94

A single barrel, just racked, with 40% of the stems included. Intense purple. Ripe and sensual, but still in balance. Very good depth for Bressandes and has maintained enough acidity. It is hard to make a single barrel of red wine, but Jane has done so here with consummate skill.
