The 2024 Bourgogne Grand Élevage comes from three different villages on clayey soils. It consists only of free-run juice and was aged in 20% new oak barrels. It has a clean and fresh, oyster shell-tinged bouquet, the oak well integrated and imparting a nuanced, reductive caramelised butter note. The palate is well balanced with a bright opening and bright acids, quite nervy in style, with plenty of energy coming through on the finish. Excellent.
