Dried apples, chamomile and jasmine, white chocolate and there's open-knit yeastiness too. This is still so remarkably vibrant, testament to the quality of the fruit and the quality of the winemaking. Who knows how much longer this will age? But it's going strong now, for sure. Drink 2015-2030.
