The 2021er Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett is very finely reductive but already shows great smoky and mineral notes of anise, white peach, lime, yuzu, and minty herbs. The wine proves superbly focused and straight on the lively palate and leaves a very focused and still quite tight long finish. The after-taste is already leading towards just off-dry tasting. There is huge energy and purity in this superb Kabinett. 2029-2041

The 2021 Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett is clear, bright and deep on the finely flinty, well-concentrated and aromatic nose with its delicate slate perfume. Lush and fresh on the palate, with savory acidity and mineral grip as well as lovely citrus flavors toward the finish, this is a light, saline and crystalline, stimulating and grippy Kabinett with an intense, almost dry and mouth-watering finish. A classic. 8% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in May 2023. Drink 2024-2047
