The 2023 Chablis Village comes from 50 plots over 38 hectares and cropped at 58hl/ha. Just 15% of this Village Chablis sees used barrels, only after malo. It offers apple blossom, chalk and freshly sliced pear, simple but effective. The palate is well balanced with a tang of acidity, fresh and crisp with a malic finish. Moderate length. A solid Chablis Village. Drink 2024-2032.
