(Egon Müller Scharzhofberger Riesling Kabinett) AP: 03 15. While still being massively reduced, this gorgeous wine slowly develops a superb and classically Kabinett nose of pear, green apple, gooseberry, mint, herbs and a feeling of chalky minerals. The wine is deliciously crisp on the palate, with just an edgy touch of acidity in need of integration. However, the balance, playfulness and airiness of this wine are simply superb. 2022-2034
