Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy, November 2019 91/94

Super-saturated rich purple. A fine deep plump fruit on the nose, and like the village Chambolle, quite a lot of acidity behind. Black fruit, a little bit on the dark side, with some weight. Good wine, but my heart had been lost to the Petits Vougeots.
