The 2025 Bourgogne Grand Élevage, matured with approximately 20% new oak, reveals an expressive bouquet of nashi pear, orange oil and white flowers, followed by a medium- to full-bodied palate that is ample and rich yet simultaneously vibrant, concluding with a precise finish. It has turned out particularly well.
