The 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Cardeuse Blanc is a beauty, unfurling in the glass with notes of yellow orchard fruit, citrus blossom, white flowers and buttered popcorn. Medium to full-bodied, dense and layered, with a textural attack and a deep but weightless mid-palate, it concludes with a long, racy finish.
