One small upper hillside plot. Much more backward than the Vaudesir. Tking time to deliver. The solid bench of white limestone, dynamic and rather more saline, but much mire hidden. All the potential though. Drink from 2028-2035.

Cask sample. Smells just a little riper and richer than Samuel Billaud's Vaudésir. More clementine than lemon citrus. Subtle but noticeable chewy texture adds depth. Long, structured, with incipient complexity that needs time to unfurl though you could enjoy it in youth. Drink: 2027-2035
